Terms And Conditions
The following outlines the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) on which we provide access to our App Forex Ai Robot, including its country-specific sites, related subdomains, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Site” or “App,” and together the “Services”), to you, the customer, regardless of whether you hold an Account (as defined below).
PLEASE READ THE PRIVACY POLICY, COOKIE POLICY, RISK WARNING, AND ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS, INCLUDING THE SPECIAL CONDITIONS, BEFORE USING OUR SERVICES. BY CONTINUING TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or add to these Terms at any time. Please check the “Last Modified” heading at the top of this document to see when these Terms were last updated. Changes will become effective upon posting, and your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
If, at any time, you do not wish to accept these Terms, you must cease using our Services immediately. Any additional or conflicting terms you propose are expressly rejected and will have no effect.

You acknowledge that Forex AI may alter or discontinue the Services at any time without notice, and may also restrict your use of the Services for any reason without prior warning.
Your Account
To create an Account and access certain areas of our Services, you will be required to provide your full name, email address, password, and phone number (the “Registration Credentials”), or register via a Third Party Account (as defined below). You must ensure that your Registration Credentials are accurate, truthful, and kept up to date. We reserve the right to block the creation of your Account if we cannot verify your Registration Credentials.
Alternatively, you may choose to register or log in via your account on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, or Google+ (the “Third Party Account(s)”). Please review our Privacy Policy for more information on using a Third Party Account to log in.
Unless you log in via a Third Party Account, your email address and password (from your Registration Credentials) will be used for access. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activities on your Account, including those performed by any third party you authorize to use your credentials.
You may maintain only one Account with us, and you represent that you do not have any other active Account(s).
We reserve the right to terminate your Account at our sole discretion, without notice. You may terminate your Account at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided on our website. Upon termination, you will receive an automated confirmation email, and your Account will be deactivated immediately.
Subscription-Based Services
We offer services, products, and subscriptions for a fee (collectively, “Subscription Based Services” and “Subscription Fee”).
These Subscription Based Services are subject to any additional terms you agree to upon registration (including any third party’s terms of service, privacy policy, and other policies related to the service, which you should review carefully) in addition to these Terms. By registering for Subscription Based Services, you agree to pay the applicable fees set forth on the Site and/or App and to provide and maintain accurate billing information. If the Subscription Based Service includes a third-party product, your use is also subject to that third party’s terms. Forex AI accepts no liability for third-party products or services.
Payment:
You represent that you are at least the minimum age required to enter into a legal agreement. You agree to pay for any Subscription Based Services you purchase, as well as all associated charges (including applicable taxes and fees). You are responsible for all charges on your account, even if others use your credentials. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method and, if necessary, any alternative method on file. We may verify your payment information for anti-fraud purposes.
Renewals:
Unless you cancel your Subscription Based Services at least 24 hours before the end of the current term, your subscription will automatically renew, and charges will be processed using your payment method. Continued use after a price change indicates your acceptance of the new price.
Free Trials:
We may offer free trials for Subscription Based Services. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the applicable fee upon expiration. We reserve the right to limit the number of free trials per user and to prevent the combination of multiple promotional offers.
Termination:
At its sole discretion, we may change, discontinue, or terminate any Subscription Based Service without notice, including support services and ancillary products, with appropriate refund for any unexpired period if applicable.
No Refunds:
Unless otherwise provided, all fees for Subscription Based Services are nonrefundable. However, if you believe you have been charged in error or otherwise deserve a refund, contact us within 60 days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we suspect abuse of this policy, a breach of these Terms, or fraudulent activity.
Change in Fees and Billing Method:
We may update our fees and billing methods at any time. We will notify you at least thirty (30) days in advance of any price increases. If you do not agree with the changes, your sole remedy is to cancel your Subscription Based Services before the new fees take effect. Continued use after a fee change indicates your agreement to the new pricing.
Delinquency:
If any charges remain unpaid for over 30 days, your Subscription Based Services may be suspended or terminated, and you will be liable for any collection fees incurred.
Notice Period:
Please notify us of any billing discrepancies within 90 days of their appearance on your statement. Failure to do so waives your right to dispute such discrepancies.
Disclaimer:
Due to the many sources from which our Services obtain content, delays, omissions, or inaccuracies may occur. The Services and all content (“Content”) are provided “as is” without any warranties. Forex AI, its employees, officers, directors, affiliates, agents, and licensors do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the Content or the Services and disclaim any express or implied warranties.
In no event shall Forex AI or its personnel be liable for any financial loss, lost profits, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from your use of the Services or any Content provided through the Services.
Legal Restrictions:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, or directives in your country. Accessing our Services does not imply that the Services or your activities are legal in your jurisdiction. The Services do not constitute an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such an offer is not authorized, and users are responsible for observing any local restrictions.
Limited License:
Forex AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services (the “License”). This License is subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms. You agree not to deep-link, resell, or otherwise distribute any materials from the Services without Forex AI's explicit written consent. Unauthorized use may result in termination of your access.
Links to Third Party Sites and Use of Third Party Software:
Our Services may contain links to sites operated by third parties for your convenience only. These links do not imply endorsement by Forex AI, and we are not responsible for the content or operation of these sites. Some sections of our Services may include third-party software subject to separate license terms, which you should review prior to use.
For instance, certain payment options are provided by third-party processors (such as Apple or Google through “In-App Purchases”). If you make a purchase, you may need to provide personal and payment information directly to these processors. You agree that all information provided will be accurate and that you will pay all charges incurred.
The Liability of Forex AI:
Forex AI’s liability to you or any third party is limited to the amount you have transferred to Forex AI in relation to the transaction giving rise to the claim.
Notice to Apple App Users:
If you use the App on an iOS device, these Terms form an agreement between you and Forex AI, not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”), and Apple is not responsible for the Services. Should the Services fail to conform to any warranty, you may contact Apple for a refund of the mobile app purchase price, but Apple assumes no other warranty obligations.
In-App Purchases:
When you make an In-App Purchase, payment will be charged to your Apple account upon purchase confirmation. In-App Purchases may be subscriptions that automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. You may manage auto-renewal settings in your Apple account.
Market Information:
Forex AI may provide a variety of financial information (quotes, news, analysis, etc.) obtained from internal or third-party sources (“Market Information”). This information is offered for your convenience only and should not be taken as investment advice. Neither Forex AI nor its providers guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of this information, and you agree not to reproduce or redistribute it without our permission.
Use & Access:
You are responsible for all means of access to the Services, including any fees incurred. Forex AI is not liable for damage to your computer systems or data resulting from your use of the Services. You agree not to expose Forex AI or its service providers to harmful content (viruses, malware, etc.).
Your use of the Services is subject to restrictions, including not copying, modifying, or redistributing content without our consent, not building a competing service, and not interfering with the operation of the Services.
Company’s Rights:
Forex AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Services at any time without notice, and no claims may be made against the Company as a result.
Force Majeure:
Forex AI is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government actions.
Technical Problems:
While the Internet is generally reliable, technical issues may occur that delay or prevent access to the Services. Forex AI is not responsible for such delays or interruptions.
User Content:
“User Content” means any information you submit through our Services. You are solely responsible for your User Content and assume all risks associated with it, including reliance on its accuracy. By submitting content, you grant Forex AI an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it worldwide. Forex AI is not required to back up your User Content and may delete it at any time.
Trademarks and Copyrights:
All rights to the Services, Content, and trademarks (including “Forex AI”) are owned by Forex AI or its licensors. You agree not to remove any copyright or trademark notices from materials downloaded from the Services, nor obtain any intellectual property rights beyond those expressly granted in these Terms. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
If you believe any content infringes on your copyrights, please submit a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent with the required information.
Breach:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forex AI and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any applicable laws.
Governing Law and Court Jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel (“IL”). If any provision is held invalid, it will be severed without affecting the remaining provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the BVI for any disputes.
Export:
You represent that you and your affiliates are not subject to any sanctions or trade embargoes enforced by any government authority, and that you will comply with all applicable export control regulations. If it becomes unlawful for Forex AI to continue providing Services under these regulations, Forex AI may terminate these Terms immediately upon notice.
It is important to note that using high leverage in foreign exchange trading carries the risk that borrowing costs may exceed the income generated from the assets. Even small market fluctuations can result in substantial gains when in your favor, but may also lead to significant losses if market conditions turn against you.
Special Conditions Applicable to Forex AI Money:
Forex AI does not make credit decisions or originate loans but provides general information from various service providers. Referral fees may be received from third-party providers. The Services do not necessarily represent all available loan products or the best possible rates. No information on the Services should be construed as financial advice or a recommendation. Any engagement with third-party providers is subject to separate agreements, and Forex AI assumes no liability for such transactions.
Please note that our services in the US are currently available only in the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, and Wyoming.
Miscellaneous:
Forex AI may assign its rights under these Terms to a third party at its discretion. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent. Failure to enforce any provision shall not be considered a waiver of our rights. Forex AI reserves the right to periodically update these Terms, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of such updates.
